Where is the exclamation point, the ampersand, the @ and the question mark

As mentioned in the comments, these are accessed in the same places as laptop and desktop keyboards by tapping ‘Shift’. If you want to see the labels before you actually press shift, open PadKeys Settings and turn on “Show Shift Hints” on the left side. Thanks!

It would be helpful if the keys with those symbols on them had icons for the things with caps lock on

PadKeys actually operates like a normal computer keyboard in this respect. Just hit 'Shift' and all of these symbols will be accessible in their normal locations in the number row on top.
