Add setting to remove Tab key in portrait mode as keep hitting it instead of "a"

Having these “extra” keys is the whole purpose of PadKeys. And we don’t want to overload with options. We do make the ‘A’ key slightly wider to make it easier to hit.

Further to this point. Remove any key. For example, I have zero need for tab key. Wish I could delete and recover space or just have a no function blank key.
