Case change and shift options

1) Four CASE CHANGE options would be HUGE!!!
2) Lock for numerical alt characters...as in making quotes and 3 successive exclamations—" !!! "—easy breezy.

    But you can't type the following text...
    " !!! " by holding down shift - only gets to the space after 3rd ! Then drops out to single quote at the end.

    UPPER¸ lower, Title and Sentence are the four standard Case Change states offered for selected text - Arrow Text app had them piggy backed onto their keyboard display...SO handy.
