Minor bug in iPadOS 26
The corner "Undo", "Redo" & "Copy" icons are blacked out on Apple apps (Mail, Notes, Messages, maybe others) when I turn on some Accessibility settings which I use to make Liquid Glass look better.
Specifically, when Accessibility >> Display & Text Size >> "Button Shapes" and "Increase Contrast" are both turned ON, the corner items on the keyboard only show black squares. This does not seem to happen with non-Apple apps. It's a minor problem in an otherwise perfect Typefinity!
I am using iOS 26.0.1 on an iPad mini 5. (It's possible the problem existed on earlier OS versions, but I only started using these Accessibility tweaks with version 26.)

Hello. There are two different issues here, both relating to the shortcuts bar provided by iOS itself rather than Typefinity. (Incidentally, you can turn off iOS's bar in Settings | General | Keyboard.)
@wwa_home the one you report, I've reported on to Apple, but it seems they still haven't fixed it. In my experience Apple tends not to care a lot about bugs that impact only third-party keyboards but not their own.
For the original bug reported by Mikey, I am not able to reproduce it even on 26.2.1, so I think Apple has fixed it. In any case I think there is a bug as well in Typefinity, in that our buttons are not changing when the Show outlines setting is on. I've logged this to be worked on for an upcoming release.

I am having issues with your Typefinity keyboard layout on my iPad (9th Generation) in Dark mode. I am running the latest IOS 26.
When I fire up any app that requires keyboard input, from say email or Apple Pages etc, the keyboard initially looks and behaves fine but as soon as I switch to my emoji keyboard and back, the top of the keyboard has changed, where the predictive text options are superimposed over the undo/redo and paste icons.
This makes it impossible to use the keyboard, as I end up frustrated and end up going back to the default Apple keyboard.Any ideas?

Hello,
Thanks for the quick reply. I have attached screenshots from Messages, Mail and an app called EasyEditText (I just discovered the problem on that non-Apple app.) I am also sending screenshots of my Accessibility >> Display & Text Size settings. And I do not use dark mode.I *think* the problem is related to Display & Text Size settings, because when I played with those settings the problem went away. But I suppose the true source might actually be somewhere else in iPadOS 26.
Hope this helps!
Michael
